Caitlín has been instrumental in revealing
the ancestral heritage of the Western traditions through
practical exploration of the mysteries as well as
through scholarly research. Her teachings are couched
in a firm historical and linguistic framework, with
respect to the original context of the teachings,
but she never loses sight of the living traditions
of these teachings which can be explored through direct
application to their spiritual sources. Her current
work with the Gnostic and hermetic sources is currently
yielding interesting results.
Caitlín has always been interested in the many
ways in which the sacred has interwoven both myth
and history. For her, the creative spark of life kindles
when we each discover where our vocational gifts and
the worlds needs meet. This practical application
of skills to life is exemplified in her writing and
teaching, and is echoed in her shamanic practice and
training courses which help uncover salient ways to
live our lives with responsibility and inspiration.
